 * ECONOMIC IMPACT: The Grand Prix of Denver was expected to generate an estimated direct annual economic impact of over $30 million and an indirect impact of $150 million in Denver and the Rocky Mountain Region for the first year of the event. As a comparison, the Toyota Grand Prix of Long Beach generates an economic impact of approximately $39 million annually on the cities of Long Beach and Los Angeles, Calif., and its attendees occupy about 5,000 local hotel rooms.
    
 * TELEVISION: The Grand Prix of Denver will feature domestic, national television coverage. The event is expected to be broadcast in over 195 countries and territories via International television.
    
 * CART: Championship Auto Racing Teams, Inc. sanctions the leading U.S. open wheel motorsports races, the CART FedEx Championship Series, with 20 races annually in eight countries including Australia, Brazil, England, Japan, Germany, Canada and Mexico.

   CART features a field of internationally known drivers including Michael Andretti, Helio Castroneves, Jimmy Vasser, Dario Franchitti, Paul Tracy, Gil de Ferran, Kenny Brack and Adrian Fernandez.
